My Entrepreneurial Journey By Arian Magyar

Ideation & Entrepreneurial Mindset

Hi everyone, it’s good to be back! Last time, I promised you I’d give you some insight on what I called the hands-on approach. Here at IECE, located in Jack H. Brown hall, you are taught to “think like an owner” and dare I say, heavily encouraged to pursue your wildest and most entrepreneurial dreams. One of the first things I learned, is that as an Entrepreneur you are not selling a product or service; you are selling a solution to people’s problems. The bigger the headache, the bigger the chance the customer is willing to pay for a solution. Many companies have shown us that it is often enough to do things in a new way to be wildly successful. Can’t think of a business idea of the top on your head? Don’t worry, most of us can’t. However, if you start questioning the status quo or pay more attention to the things that bug you daily, you will be surprised at how many things come to your mind!
