Entrepreneurship program students take home Outstanding Student awards!
The College of Business and Public Administration at CSUSB recently announced the 2010 Outstanding Students – Susan Powell (graduate) and Rachel Wolfinbarger (undergraduate) – both entrepreneurship students! Congratulations to Rachel and Susan – their academic excellence, leadership and accomplishments while at CSUSB led to their selection.
Powell, who graduates with master's degrees in accounting and entrepreneurial management, came in second place in the 2009 CSUSB Student Fast Pitch competition for her business pitch on an innovative software tool that can capture, print, store and export to financial software for a more streamlined approach in record keeping.
Wolfinbarger, who graduates with a 3.96 GPA and receives a bachelor's degree in entrepreneurial management, is a CSUSB President's Academic Excellence Scholar. She currently serves as program coordinator for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act at the Inland Empire Women's Business Center, a program of the CSUSB Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship.
We are very proud of them!
