On November 12, 2024, The Princeton Review® and Entrepreneur® announced The Princeton Review's 19th annual ranking of undergraduate and graduate schools for entrepreneurship studies. The ranking lists name the 50 undergraduate and 50 graduate schools offering the best programs in entrepreneurship studies for 2025. For the 4th year in a row, CSUSB's Entrepreneurship program was selected as a Top 50 Graduate Program. coming in at #38 globally and #10 in the Western U.S. CSUSB is the only California State University campus to make the list.

""Since we debuted these rankings nearly two decades ago, the number of colleges and universities offering entrepreneurship courses has grown tremendously," said Rob Franek, The Princeton Review's editor in chief. “We highly recommend the schools that made our lists for 2025. Their faculties are outstanding. Their programs have robust experiential components. Their students have access to extraordinary mentors as well as networking contacts that will serve them well into their careers.”

“Entrepreneurship is clearly a strength of CSUSB and the Jack H. Brown College of Business & Public Administration,” said Mike Stull, professor of entrepreneurship. “Through the efforts of the dedicated faculty and staff of the School of Entrepreneurship and the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship, we have created an impactful program and campus ecosystem that fosters entrepreneurship and innovation that has regional impacts and beyond."

This ecosystem includes the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship (IECE) – one of the largest university-based centers for entrepreneurship in the world – and the globally recognized CSUSB School of Entrepreneurship – the only school of its kind in California. Stull serves as the founding school director and the IECE’s program director.

""Entrepreneurship often begins in the classroom, which is why prominent colleges and universities are prioritizing entrepreneurial training," says Jason Feifer, editor in chief of Entrepreneur magazine. "These institutions offer the support, knowledge, and tools to shape ambitious people into impactful leaders. We hope this ranking helps future students find the right university, and therefore the right launching pad, for their world-changing ideas."
