Services offered by the Inland Empire SBDC and at the Center include, but are not limited to, one-on-one counseling with small business consultants, and workshops in areas relevant to start-up entrepreneurs such as developing a business plan, accounting for startups, and how to start a business. In addition, the Incubator Center offers participants quality and affordable office space shared by other budding entrepreneurs looking to grow their business, providing for a collaborative work environment. Unique about the City’s program is it is open to innovative start-ups in any industry, rather than being industry specific. Start-up businesses based in Yucaipa that have the potential to grow, create jobs, and bring an innovative product to market within 2 years are encouraged to apply to the City’s program.
fUnder the new partnership between the City and the Inland Empire SBDC, the Inland Empire SBDC will have offices in the Incubator Center to provide consulting services to participants and the general public alike, allowing the center to serve as a business resource hub for other companies located in Yucaipa and beyond.
